Phillip grew up surrounded by a creative family that nurtured his passion for real estate, interior design and architecture. He brings a wealth of knowledge about the diverse Chicago neighborhoods, design styles, and much more to the clients he works with. After nearly a decade of working in the hospitality world and with a background in design, he brings a unique perspective that helps him work with clients to see potential in properties that they might not otherwise realize. For Phillip, his experience has taught him that helping clients find and envision the space they seek is of the utmost importance.

 

Phillip has a great knowledge of ways to utilize marketing and social media to get extensive exposure for listings. He applies this expertise when working with sellers so their property is in front of the maximum number of buyers. When it comes to buyers, he focuses on understanding their individual wants and needs and communicating throughout the process - a process that can feel overwhelming for many.

 

From a young age, Phillip has followed the real estate market, the interior design world, and architecture. From new developments to growing neighborhoods or unique architecture, he has always been interested in the various sides of real estate. A native of Chicago, Phillip currently lives in Buena Park and works with clients in Lakeview, Uptown, the Near West Side, Downtown, and the Loop. No matter where his clients need to go, Phillip can help them get there.

 

When it comes to his free time, Phillip is an amateur tennis player and dog owner. He is an avid bicyclist, which helps him get to know the many neighborhoods of Chicago. He also is a freelance interior designer.
